OUR STORY
Claire Sax formed her Catering LLC in 2018 to fill a void in the baking and catering industry in Highland and surrounding counties.
The goal: high quality, nourishing foods at a reasonable price point. We aim, as often as possible, to use local producers and to build relationships between customers and local farmers.

Since our beginning, we have expanded our offerings and our service area. We proudly employ 6 people at the cafe!
